This Gallery contains images of the annual 'Night Afore Hogmany Torchlight Procession' on the 30th December 2010 which made its way along Princes Street, Edinburgh, Scotland before the the burning of the Viking Ship on Calton Hill followed by a fireworks display. The torchlight procession images contain intentional blur to emphasise movement whereas the background remains sharp.

Windy weather conditions did not affect the bursts of fireworks as much as I expected, however, there was a little deterioration in some of the starbursts.
