Watersport

This Portfolio contains surfing watersport images, there are galleries of images from the O'Neill /Swatch Highland Open, which took place in Thurso, Caithness, Northern Scotland in April 2008 plus both the 2009 O'Neill Cold Water Classic competition and the 2010 O'Neill Cold Water Classic competition.

Kite Surfing Longniddry

The images in this Gallery were taken in May 2009. I came across a couple of friendly guys who were catching some wind in Longniddry, East Lothian. Have only attempted to photograph Kite Surfing once before, it is a lot more difficult to frame a great image than might be imagined. As one of the guys told me, "you need to be in the water with the surfer above you". The portraits are of a frenchman called Noel Dumortier
